

Because I feel immune to the placebo effect/psychological expectation/hope of diet aids and supplements, I conclude that this CLA stuff must really work at appetite suppression. Because I didn’t expect it, I just consider it a nice bonus. I have learned that for it to be effective I will need to take about 5000 mgs a day. Also, I wrote to my dr. to ask her opinion on this medication. I’ll post her response when I get one. I like that it’s natural, but opinions on it’s effectiveness seem to vary. Most people say that it’s more helpful when you consume less than 50 carbs per day. That said, I also like that it has no known side effects and hasn’t been harmful to anyone in any way. At the least will will do nothing and I will be exactly as I am now. And at best, I’ll gain a bit of muscle and lose a bit of fat.
