  • More and more I wonder what is happening to facebook. First the whole breastfeeding thing and now this http: //www.facebook.com/group.php?v=wall&ref=nf&gid=316750805558.
  • reasons when its acceptable to punch a woman in the face | Facebook
  • Facebook is a social utility that connects people with friends and others who work, study and live around them. People use Facebook to keep up with friends, upload an unlimited number of photos, post links and videos, and learn more about the people they meet.

  • Laura Seymour - thanks for reposting this. you're right...even if it's meant to be "funny", it's not....Edit6: 41 am
  • Julie Wagner - ok... do I have this correct? They want to remove breastfeeding pictures but its ok to have a group with 31,000 people who condone abuse. WTF?! (a group in which the creator doesn't know the difference between your and you're??)7: 41 am
  • Anna Holler - I'm beginning to feel that facebook is the most sexist, oppressive thing that I've been exposed to in a long time. The weirdest thing to me about the breastfeeding thing is that they don't allow photos of breastfeeding... even when there is no exposure. Just the act itself is offensive to facebook. And this can be translated to: breasts are sexual and sexual things are indecent to have in your facebook profile pictures. And yet, breasts that actually are more exposed and photographed in a sexual way... are not removed. I am SURE that if I took a photo of myself in a low cut shirt and a push up bra and had a grown mans head at my chest... it would not be taken down. But if it's the same photo with babies head... it is. One is sexual and one is nutritional. It just doesn't make any sense.
  • Here is what I am SURE of. These messages are hurtful to man and womankind. These messages are irresponsible. It makes me sick.8: 33 am
  • Julie Wagner - I clicked "like" because there isn't an "AMEN, sing it sistah!" button8: 42 am
  • Laura Seymour - i did the same thing!Edit8: 44 am
  • Anna Holler - Thanks Ladies.
  • You know, I don't even feel like public breastfeeding is something that I feel strongly about. To me, it's a non-issue. It's just the way people feed their babies and babies sometimes need to eat in publicly.
  • I do have a problem with division and inequality. And that's that.8: 48 am
  • Laura Seymour - that's exactly how i feel...great minds...Edit8: 52 am
  • Julie Wagner - I can't like again... LOL8: 54 am
  • Amy Mueller - it's not funny at all. it pisses me off. you should tumble this. very well said.8: 57 am
